Production process<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We have a full-time care and a strict control during the 250 ml 100% Arbequ\u00ed Aureum extra virgin olive oil production process: from the olive-growing and the collection of it to its arrival and the elaboration process of the olive oil. Thus, we get a final product with excellent organoleptic conditions.<\/p>\n

The olives are\u00a0picked directly from the\u00a0tree\u00a0or\u00a0harvested mechanically\u00a0just\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0right moment\u00a0of ripening. Thereby, the resulting oil is not affected and maintains all its antioxidants and vitamins.<\/p>\n

All the olives that are packed under this brand are chosen by our specialists in the field. Once they arrive at our facilities, they are inmmediately processed in order to avoid organoleptic deterioration and preserve freshness. During the olives collection, we work 24 hours a day at the oil mill. Therefore, we avoid a long-term storage.<\/p>\n

Moreover, each bottle has been listed and subjected to a thorough quality control\u00a0programme.<\/p>\n
