These extra virgin olive oils (EVOO) have carved out\u00a0a niche for themselves on\u00a0the\u00a0Hong Kong market, thanks to an online delivery platform.<\/p>\n<p>Hereon, the <i>OliSoldebre <\/i>cooperative seeks to consolidate its presence in China. For this major reason, it has been involved in a trade mission this last October. It has been organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Tortosa. Its prime purpose is to present the <i>OliSoldebre <\/i>high-end olive oil and to reach the most gourmet restaurants and shops of this large city with more than 24 million inhabitants.<\/p>\n<p>During this trade mission, that lasted five days, they contacted the participating companies with different importers and distributors of Spanish and Catalan products in China. The meeting was held in the Zeitgeist restaurant, where apart from the meeting, an olive oil testing and a food and beverage trade fair from the region was organized. About 200 people were able to see it.<\/p>\n<p>This was the first initial contact.
